Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications, regulations, and statutes. Portfolio sections and examples of prior Blitz Blasters work on the Site are for corporate decision-making purposes only and are not for entertainment purposes. The copyrights to such works belong to the Blitz Blasters client to which the work relates and are subject to the same restrictions outlined in these Terms and Conditions for Blitz Blasters content.

Changes: All information posted on the Site is subject to change without notice. In addition, these Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice. We will make such changes by posting them here. You should check this page for such changes frequently. This is the online privacy policy of Blitz Blasters. Please remember that this site and the servers that make this site available are located in the U.S. By using this site you agree to the transfer, collection, processing, and use of data by this site as detailed in this privacy policy. The content on our sites may include, among other items of interest, information on Blitz Blasters, surveys, sweepstakes and contests, advertising, entertainment, and games online. We may also offer opportunities to apply for employment.

Other Information We Collect Online: We may collect personally identifiable information submitted by a visitor in connection with a registration or other activity. With the permission of a visitor who is 18 years of age or over, such personally identifiable information submitted in connection with a registration or other activity on our websites may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If Blitz Blasters believes that anyone’s behavior on our sites may damage us or our sites or anyone else, we may disclose the relevant personal information to prevent this harm. We use “cookie” technology (where our servers deposit special codes on a visitor’s computer) to track the total number of visitors to each of our sites in an aggregate form. We do not automatically extract personally identifiable information in this process. The “cookie” technology will only be used to track non-personal information such as type of browser, operating system, and domain names to customize the website for each visitor and to improve the visitor’s online experience. We also use other technology, called clear GIFs, to provide us with other important anonymous information, such as when an e-mail has been opened. These tools help us understand features that interest our visitors.

Legal Terms and Conditions

No law restricts the sale or requires labeling on gas, spring, or electrical-powered foam dart blasters. However, some State and Federal Laws view some gas-powered guns as “non-powdered firearms.” These “non-powdered firearms” are generally thought of as high-power (muzzle velocity of 700+ feet per second) and/or large caliber guns such as some BB guns or paintball guns. Typically, laws around “non-powdered firearms” only apply to these high-power and/or large-caliber guns, but most of these laws are incomprehensive or unclear. (See Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. Out of an abundance of caution, Blitz Blasters and affiliates have outlined conditions of use for associated products. Understanding and following these requirements is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and end-user. Whether following these conditions or not, the end-user and purchaser agree to release Blitz Blasters and affiliates from any criminal or civil liability for any harm or injuries caused as a result of the use of any product by the purchaser or any known or unknown third party.

KEY TERMS

Blaster - Device used to propel or transfer propulsion to a dart using spring, gas, or electric power.
Tip - The end of the barrel or muzzle where the dart leaves the blaster through propulsion.
Children - Any human under 14 years of age.
Range - Space or area (public or private) where a blaster is being fired or might be fired.
Struck - Making physical contact with a dart that is in motion
Firing - The act of causing a blaster to propel or transfer propulsion to a dart

User - Any person with a blaster in their possession, usually with the intent to fire
Dart - A foam, plastic, or rubber structure that may be propelled by a blaster.

CONDITIONS

1. Orange Safety Tip

To avoid any product being misidentified by law enforcement (or others) as a firearm, all blasters and barrels are sold with an orange muzzle (or tip) at least 6mm in length. The orange tip is required for firing, transporting, or storing any blaster. Other tips and attachments may be sold to users in other colors for cosmetic appearances only.

2. Children

Children should not operate blasters that have the potential to propel darts above 100 feet per second (FPS). Blasters produced or sold by Blitz Blasters, or any affiliates, are NOT intended for use by or use on, children. Do not fire at or in the direction of a child or animal. Store blasters in a safe location inaccessible to children.

*ANY BLASTER FIRING ABOVE 100 FPS SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ADULT.*

3. Firing Rules

Always wear eye protection when using a blaster. Airsoft and gas-powered dart guns cause more permanent eye injuries than any other type of weapon combined. (Stanford University Medical Journal 2015). Blasters produced or sold by Blitz Blasters and affiliates are not meant to be fired at animals or children. It is the responsibility of the user(s) to ensure undoubtedly that any person(s) being fired at, or in the general direction of, have proper protective equipment, including eye and face protection.

4. Use Awareness

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the entire range the projectiles may travel, or ricochet to, is clearly marked and/or that any persons within that area meet the above requirements (and are aware of the potential risk of being struck) before discharging a blaster. It is also the responsibility of the user to understand the law(s) or rules regarding the use of any blaster in any public or private range.

5. Right to Repair and Modify

Blasters and components are purposefully customizable for hobbyists and tinkerers. Any disassembly or modification to the product voids the warranty of such product. Blitz Blasters is not obligated to provide replacement parts free of charge and may or may not do so at their sole discretion, even if one has been provided previously.
